Choose your design, enter the name exactly as it should appear, and upload a file if available. We send a design proof via WhatsApp for review and approval before production. We confirm preparation time for your order and review delivery availability against your occasion date; entering a date does not guarantee delivery.
Delivery to all Emirates within 1–2 business days from the shipping date. Products customized with a name or theme cannot be returned, and we will remake any item that arrives damaged free of charge. Unopened perfumes can be returned within 7 days.
